· March 15, 2012 — Annual Financial Audit is due to the LA. Legislative Auditor  (Forms to be mailed to members.)

· May 15, 2012 — Personal Financial Disclosure due. JP members fill to the LA Supreme Court and Constable members to the LA. Ethics Commission. (download forms from respective websites.)

· July 1, 2012 — Records Officer Designation Form due. (download forms from the LA. Secretary of State.)

· Justice Court activity sheets are due to the Judicial Administrator quarterly ( January, April, July, October).
